  2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from puffnapo.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges
